Hi rkrishna,
Why did u back out even when the high tension wire is 500 feet away? any reason? bcoz i have seen a plot which is atleast 200 feet away.. do we have any problems with that? can u please explain so that we can take a proper decision?

High tension wire is within 500 feet for the whole site. Some sites are as close as 50 feet.
I had a psychological problem with that given that there have been lot of studies claiming linkage between lukemia and high tension wires. It may not be scientifically accurate, enough to deter me from investing huge amount. There is enough content on the web on this topic.
I finally bought a site which is 850 feet from HT wires- far enough according to my comfort level.

The agent tells me that the high demand is due to initiated construction of sky temple of ISKCON. It seems a theme park is also planned. Also, the Metro station is planned next to ISKON
If any of you know agents quoting a more reasonable price for 30*40, do let me know.. I am quite interested in this layout
