Palace Green (Quantity 130 Sqft) - Rs 210 per Sqft
Adhunic Brown (Quantity 320 Sqft) - 87 Per Sqft
Bash Paradise (Quantity 2280 Sqft) - 90 Per Sqft
Jet Black Export quality (Quantity 30Sqft) -195 Per Sqft

Tiles Shop - Kohinoor ceramics Distributors Audgodi, Delivery to happen on Monday
parking - Rs 50 Per Sqft
Toilet - Highlighter Rs 58 Per Sqft, Wall/Floor - Rs 53 Sqft
Elevation Tiles- Rs 93 per Sqft,
Elevation Tiles - Rs 83 Per Sqft
Kitchen wall Tiles - Highlighter Rs 83 Per Sqft, Wall - Rs 78 Per Sqft.
Parking is duratech All other tiles RAK.

Martin this is useful info for people like me who are a bit behind and helps with planning. Will you be going for granite for the entire house (since i did not see tiles other than for walls). Hoping you post pictures of the granite to know how they look.

@krishnakumar - yes i am going for granite for entire house. Infact same color Bash Paradiso. I will post the pics once they are delivered.

Thanks a lot Martin. One more question - will VAT be additional on top of this and also what are the charges for loading,unloading transportation etc and such misc charges. My contractor also told me that we would need to plan with 10% wastage as well.

The Granite load is split into two loads for Transportation, So the VAT will be applied for Half the load, Same bill can be used for transporting both the loads. Transportation is around 5K, Loading/Unloading Rs 1/sqft. so its coming to around Rs 5700. since i have taken a single color i have added an overall buffer roughly around 10%

For tiles i got free transportation and minimum bill. Unloading will be our responsibility.

Also, have you purchased glossy or matt finish for your wall tiles? Would be great if you can post those pics also.

I have bought RAK tiles which has gloss finish for Bathrooms. Hall, Bedroom will be granite.

I got the Granite Delivered today. Got a decent discount overall.

Could you also post the pics of Palace green and Adnunik Brown granites that you have brought.
The hall granite(Bash Paradise) is looks very good. Could you PM me the contact number of the granite shop you brought and its exact location?
Also, what is the size of the granite we need to choose? Is it 3x9 feet?

The Adunik brown and Palace green slabs have gone behind while stacking at site, So will post pics once they are removed. The sizes are 125 X 38.
