Any progress from last post, regarding roads and other facilities?

Very few people from second block here i see... And absolutely no houses constructed there yet either...
Anyone else from second block here planning to construct?

In 2nd block Anjanapura layout, four houses are already constructed. they are in finishing stage. In 80 feet road, two construction have been started. When i visited on 20th jan 2013, 80 feet road is having a fresh tar road. Development has taken a pace. surely another 3 to 4 months, few more houses may come up.

Agree about the roads. And I did see the houses as well.. But they are a bit far off from our plot. Our plot is near that mini-lake behind the theatre that has opened. Area still looks deserted and unsafe.. I'll start constructing a house as soon as atleast a few houses come up near ours(I know others will be thinking the same). Hope that happens soon.

HI to ALL Site Owners and Residents of Anjanapura 10th and 11th Bolck,

As usual we have owr meeting on first sunday of every month, we will be meeting on 3rd Feb 2013 @ 9.30hrs in the Lay-out.

We do have lot of happy news to share in the meeting about 80feet Road, Water Supply and Tank construction.

Now the grown bushes are routed out by BDA as part of our effort also Naming boad has been put in place for each and every cross roads of 10th and 11th block.

There is tender floated by BWSSB for Water tank construction in 11th Block, find the attched document below for details. Also 10th and 11th blocks have been cleaned completly by BDA

Yes, work order has been issue by BDA to Gopi & Co. work is expected to start in few weeks. Are you a resident or Plot owner in 10th /11th Block?
