I am planning to buy a plot in Byrathi Kanakshree. Wanted to have a quick update as to whether there are any issues in any of the survey nos.? I understand from various blogs and couple of brokers that one of the survey number in Kanakashree Kannur has got some problem. Hope there are no such issues in any of the survey no. in this Byrathi layout.

Appreciate a quick response as i need to take a decison in next couple of days.

Any byrathi site owners in this forum? i own a plot there , towards the end of the layout near the lake. Not much progress on construction that side of the layout and wanted to sync up with other fellow site owners...thanks

In kanakashree-byrathi also sy.no-51 has some legal issues
I heard some of the original documents related to sy.no are missing; which will be asked by any lawyer for legal verification

I am planning to buy plot in part-II in survey number 213 in Kanakashree layout hennur. While going through few documents, my lawyer saw that there is a 5 gunta of "B" kharab land in 213 and 6 gunta in survey number 214. Similary 143, 163 and 164 has some karab lands. In the workorder given to BDA by kanakashree society these total 31 guntas of "B" kharab land there is a request to convert this land. But i am not seeing any document for this DC conversion. Has anybody has any document regarding this 31 guntas of kharab land and how it got DC converted ?

By next two months there will be electricity supply to kannur kanakashree layout . This has been confirmed from the local JE of KEB department.
