Hello members,

Based on the inputs given on my previous plan , I have made the following changes to the plan please review it and give your valuable suggestions abt option 1 and option 2 plan. Which is better?

both are better now and Opt 1 looks good to me.
One view on Sit Out in both options @ ground floor are they going to be really useful? I would prefer a store room or util space just because its ground floor and next to road.

Any specific reason for ur inclination for opt 1?

Storeroom may not be possible in ground floor because otherwise there will be no window in room next to it. Please correct me if I am Wrong.

Actually I too have not seen any sitout in the ground floor(except for houses in gated community). Need to check it is fine to have a Door from the bedroom( security issues).
