Hi Swamy

Congrats and first step went with good success by getting good source of water. Very essential for construction.
Last we have done with borewell drilling and went up to 900 ft and got good source ( started from 640, 780, continue) but it was completely rock ,so casing was only 20 feet , remaining all same wat u have mentioned. Now I have started my homework on motor installation , as Girish said 3 Hp/4 HP is more than enough. still under confusion. Coming to HDPE pipe lot of fake pipes ( manufacturing from waste plastic) are available in market. So plz if u find any genuine plz update.
And going with 3 phase or 1 phase is one more big confusion.
Plz welcome all ur valuable suggestions.

Hi,

Site dimension is 38 x 40.5 on west side and 35x 40.5 on east side. Overall dimension is 1475 sqft

Main door is North facing. Total construction area would be 3600 Sqft.

Terrace floor is planned for Garden to max extent apart from leaving space for Over head tank + Solar option

Swamy. I'm really sad that your floor plan is very poorly designed.

Hi Prasad,

Really surprised when you mentioned very Poorly designed. Could you please highlight the points what went wrong in my Floor Plan.
This is corner Site (South West), Any Vastu Problem, Ventillation Issue, Space crunch, etc...

If any changes needed, I would like to check with my architect.
