I just agreed on the deal with only labor payment, materials will be supplied by me
Granite - INR 16/sft
Elevation Tiles/Bathroom/Kitchen/Parking - INR 12/sft
The current market rate from what i have come across is, Granite - 20 rupees and Tiles - 15 rupees. May be rate depends from place to place but my house is located in A.Narayanapura (DRDO Phase 2)

Hi friends,
My structural works of my BDA site is almost over. I have started my electrical and plumbing works, Now its time to get knowledge on floorings. So I inquired on Granite cost and laying cost.
My contractor is quoting me the below charges.
Granite laying - 25rs per sqft
Half nosing - 35rs
full nosing - 50rs
Tiles laying - 20rs per sqft
Can anyone suggest me whether to go for this or not.?
Also suggest me for good granite shop near to banaswadi.
