Did you go ahead with the purchase? Is there any legal issues wrt to this.I am in discussion for a property in the same survey number (50/1) with bbmp khata 789/219.I came to know about the cases in survey 50/2 (OS no 464/2004) and 58 (408/2014) through the same website but nothing wrt 50/1 till now.
I spoke to couple of neighbouring houses and they said no legal issues, couple of construction also going on right next to this plot.wanted to know if there is any legal complications for the survey no or bbmp khata number as such.
