It is roughly coming to 1.9L/Square, a tad higher. If you can get it down to 1.8L/Sq. seems reasonable to me.
For the staircase, ensure that you get epoxy finish for the steps (Chikku Phal granite looks stunning) as it is a rough surface, so you get more grip while climbing up or down
burma teak is roughly 6,000/cft now. Is it First class grade or 2nd grade teak?
Vitrified floor - he has not mentioned the reference rate (usually contractors provide 60-70/sq.ft tiles).
Which brand of cement is being proposed? Which grade for roof, plastering etc?
Solar pricing is not included, budget 25k for it and plus it requires pipes. Ask your contractor to include this in the quote.
