The place is near Nivedita Nagar, Bogadi 2nd stage, just before ring road. We have agreed for item wise rate contract. Project cost is estimated around 40lacs.

Wall construction completed till lintel level. 3 days off to make sure proper curing of walls before starting centering and lintel level beam work.

Can you share some details on how much he is charging per sq/ft. Could you also share the details of the contractor and the architect?

How much do we need to pay for the architect? Also, are you planning to hire someone to keep tabs on the construction. I am asking that
because i don't live in bangalore and can come over during the weekend for a day or so. Is the presence of the owner needed all the time
to ensure good quality construction?
