I am also considering going for ready made wardrobes for my rental house - which is the best place to purchase these - preferably in north bangalore

This is what I read from their site & they are very clearly mentioned there is no warranty /guarantee for the damages due to usage. that means they are not confident about their own product about its life.
Do you offer a warranty on these wardrobes?
Glad you asked! Our wardrobes come with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware. Please know that there is no warranty on the laminates in cases of scratches, chip-offs and stains after installation and acceptance by the customer. This warranty will not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.
