I did visit his home last weekend and referred your name and he even showed your construction plan to me:) Nice pleasant person. After visiting many architects who has head weights weighing high and don't adhere to customer requirements, this guy was a real surprise.
I've to start the construction near Meenakshi temple, Bannerughatta road.
No, i haven't spoken to Mr.Mani as of now. Will speak to him later.

Can guys share your experience pre construction, during construction and post construction with Mr. Vasudev and labour contractor. How is your experience regarding quality of construction? Any thing you think might be missing etc. This might help forum members.
