For Ph III they have agreement with farmers to acquire the land and they will use the 2nd installment to pay farmers and make registered deed.
Like with any society all these carry some element of risks in acquisition and conversion delays. Note that Telecom layout and BSNL Sirigandha layout are different society/managing groups.

Hi,
Can you please let me know on the progress of Srigandha project? I am planning to book a plot in Srigandha phase 5 that has been launched recently. IT will be very helpful to know your experience with other phases.Have you got your land in phase 3 registered? I also heard about 300 ft wide road broadening activity. Will taht have an impact on these layouts?

Hi All,
Even I have booked BSNL Sirigandha Ph III , I have already paid 2 installments .
Still I have not seen any progress, as per them we should able to get Loan for 3rd installment, but I’m not sure whether we are able to opt this
Do you guys anyone have update on this

Does any one plot in BSNL sirigandha Phase 4 Near Betta halasoor one. If so,please let me know need some information regarding this phase.
