Hi skndr,
Understand your feelings, its hard to spend the money loosely. The same way its not all the people who recklessly charge.

Attched is my final 1st floor plan.Note i kept 2'-0" instead of 1'-6" backside.
Will attch ground floor's (note i am changing the kitchen from 6'-10" to 8'-10" & that drawing will receive soon)
Hope this plan members can use as ref , while designing their plan.

Friends ,
my ground floor's plan.
Note that i kept 2'-0" instead of 1'-6" backside.
Also i am changing kitchen size to 8'10" from 6'-10".
I am removing the stairs shown left side( initially i have plan to access utility area directly from the side of main staircase but this is security risk so i drop that idea).
You can have a look and utilise the plan as a referance if you desire.
cheers

One correction -the stairs accessing utility area is from first floor onwards.

Hi skndr,
my contractor himself is an architect, so he did plannig for me .
I visited one of my friends house and found that, the plan of their house is exactly what i am thinking to build .
So i took that house's plan as a referance and modified according to my need.
thanks,
ppg
