The Jambu Sawari Dinne bus stop ( its a bus stand now but not a full fledged bus stand) is quite active now...I see buses plying to Jayanagar almost every 20 mins...No, I dont think the 80Ft Road inside the 2nd Block has become a bus route and I wonder if it will ever be !!

Once the building plan is ready, what are the formalities. How long will it take 2 get the plan approved? Is BDA the authority for approval? I too own a BDA site near Royal County and planning 2 construct a house soon.

once the building plan is ready , you need to submit it to BDA and get the approval...this area not yet transferred to BBMP, BDA is still the authority to approach...in my case , mostly my architect will get these things done...there are bribes involved and if you know any agent or if your architect can do it , its better, I feel...or if you have lot of free time, yes , of course, the process will be a good learning !!

thanks for your reply. I too plan to start construction soon...i will be in b'lore in aug 2nd week. can you please share your architect's info and how much would he charge in all till the approval stage? I have a 30*40 site and planning 2 construct a duplex house. any suggestion is welcome

I had enquired it and most of them got bore water between 150 to 250 feet

There are many buses from the road in front of HM world City to JSW going directly to EC and Kengeri. The Conductor when I checked, said every 15 - 20 mins they have schedules on this route.
