Hi All
I had been to the layout last weekend. Layout has come out good but literally no houses. In some areas of 1st\2nd block, the electrical wirings are yet to be done. As per the broker, these wirings have gone with the heavy winds .
Also some of the roads seem to be very narrow.

the plot is on BSK 6th stage, kanakapura road,vajarahalli 5th block (from there 1.5 km side a place called - chikkagowndana palya
the rate quoted was 1700/sqft

Hi Raghav,

I have heard from many agents that the prices in BSK 6th stage has come down to 1350 in 3rd, 4th and 5th blocks. You can quote this price for seller. Do not take a hasty decision.

Any updates or clues on the pricing in 3rd or 4th block of BSK6 ?

I recently saw an sell advt and contacted a person. He happens to be a broker.
And the price he quoted was Rs1600 for larger sites near colver leaf junction and on 100ft road.
For sites 1km inside the layout , the price is Rs1200-1300. And he said All prices are
negotiable.

It looks like the prices are falling or atleast I find more sellers and no buyers.
I guess there are many people who owns plots in the layout unlike any other gated community
where the number of people who owns plots are not so many like Fern, Adash.
And hence we find too many buyers and many advt to sell plots. So this brings down the price.

Those who quote prices like Rs1800 are those who donot have intention to sell now but they are those
who like to feel happy about the investment numbers growing in virtual terms.

Interesting to hear your observation. So far my hunt for a site has not materialized in this price range(1200-1400) you quoted. Do you have any good contacts ?

just near BDA complex on 4th block, adj raghavendra mutt, adj to 100 ft rd, their is lyt with BDA denotification, people are selling around 1000-1150 /sft.
