Returning back to the original points raised about unfair increase in price. I too felt and FEEL the same, hence DID NOT WANT to buy from apt-builders and make them RICH.
How about buying 2 or 3 BMRDA approved plots in Bangalore South (sarjapur/atibele) or East (whitefield/hoskote/varthur/gunjur), North side (near airport) and give a waiting period of 2-3 years and see, which one develops and build in one of them, by USING the money gained from selling other plots.
Each plot value (1500-sft size) * (700 to 900 Rs per sft).
One of my friends bought 1 plot in ramamurthy nagar and 2 in hormavu/kalkere side, 6 years before, and he sold two of them and built a home in ONE and even closed the PLOT loan
He now owns a home and No loan.
Any such creative ideas !
