what number site your purchasing ? if donot mind what is rate thy are quoating, i am also having site there.

the price each quote is different. Some of them are quoting 2300 to 2800...
if the legal goes fine for me I plan to construct a house...please let me know who all have plan to construct a house there? atleast I know I will have company..
Is there an association for this layout? has anyone of you been to the layout offlate? Quite a few Borewell vehicles are parked there.
of all the layouts that I have seen, this is a pretty good layout. It has good wide roads, option for Park, swimming pool etc are in place, decent sized plots. As this is not a very big layout I think if there is an owners association, this can turn out to be a really Posh layout if maintained well. Does anyone reflect my thoughts?

The site purchase is in progress, I have applied for a bank loan, sale agreement done. I am going in for a composite loan.

Just hoping that someone is also planning to construct a house so that I too can get company.
