i am interested to buy one plot here,
i feel they are quoting much higher than market price! I went 1 month before, it was around 1300rs per sq ft!
Could you please tell me how much the price per sq ft you people bought! could you please clarify below points
1. Please let me know legal clearance is done for any!
2. Please post private message of price
3. Does any one find in internet with survey no of this property, i have seen some PDF of court orders! can any one help me over it
4. They are telling it is A quota, but it is for total property not for individual sites, can you ask whether he can provide A quota to individual sites! if not provision it is like B Quota! then it is like normal revenue site.

Anybody completed the verification for this site. Looks like the DC conversion they have given is not for whole 6Acres. Also the ownership is not converted to Origin owners yet. Let me know any of got it verified.

Did anyone verified the documents ? Rumors, that location had some litigation earlier.
