Hi, I visited the 1st block and the one of the agent quoted the below price
5,6 and 7 block - 2300 Rs/sqft and at 2nd block 1500 - 1600 Rs/sqft

Hi Manju, you said you visited the 1st block; how much is the rate in 1st block? Any reason why the rate in 5,6 and 7th block are more than 1.5 times that in the 2nd block? I read somewhere that the rates in 2nd block specially, are lower, don't know why though.

In 5th, 6th and 7th block, construction activies are in progress, prices of sites adjacent or near to those are high.
even i am not aware reason for rates in 2nd block. One broker said no one is selling in 1st block.

Current Prices are between Rs 1900 to 2500 depending upon Blocks

some part of 1 block and the entire 2nd block are very remote zones and are not easily approachable. Also atleast in the next 5 years you cannot see any construction activities in these areas. Those who would like to construct in next 1-3 years and also who are purely do for investment for a time period of 1-2 years doesn't have more attraction for these areas.
