@ sun - in which Phase the disputes are going currently?I think there are 3 Phases in Royal Lake Front. It would be gr8 if you mention the phases.
@ yashmys - 48 lakh in which phase? 1st or 2nd or 3rd? I think 48 is way high!

Near Jambusavaridinne, there is a muneshwara temple with a big banyan tree. This can be located in the wikimapia. This price was for a 30*40 plot in that area.

What I know there an issue with the survey number 7/3A and 1, don't know the phase numbers, I approached owner who is not selling a site that I am keen on purchasing, hence keeping an ear open for details.

RS Developers website says "royal lake front phase 4" work in progress, did someone approached developer in the forum?
