Hi all,

My father had applied in Vyalikaval HBCS during 1986-87. Due to all these legal issues, till date he did not get any allotment letter. Whenever we enquired the Vyalikaval office at Malleshwaram, we were told that the case is pending with high court/ supreme court. Once the verdict is issued, the society will take further actions/decision.

1) Anyone out there, who are in similar situation ? we can form a group and approach the society for site allotment or refund of money.

2) Is there any group already that exist ? please let me know so that we can be part of it.

3) Any suggestion, do we still wait for site allotment or ask for refund/compensation amount ?

Hi Folks,

Is there any updates on this Vyalikaval HBCS Layout. Is BBMP allowing for Plan approval & Khata Transfer. One of my relative has bought the Site here 1.5 years back.

He is not able to transfer the Khata to his name from the Original Owner due to BBMP officers is not willing to do this.
But he has EC in his name which is recently he got.

If anybody has the updates, please let us know so that he can get some relief on this by proceeding further.
