Is it worth to buy site in this place for 800/sf? I am looking at one ... 50% payment now and 50% next year during reg. I guess this is Phase2 or Phase3. Please help

Guys, just check my recent query on this forum. Looks like Telecom layout's GFG 1 project has some issues with approach road and Govt has put a fencing around that land(Approach road is closed as of now). If this turns out to be true, then all GFG-1 investors are in trouble.

Aries....800 seems to be a higher price...i jus bought 2400sqft plot for 600rs./sqft

The allotments were done last month.

Intermediate @ 575/ SFT & corner at 975/ SFT.

The layout is not planned well. There were 167 nos 40x60 sites, out of which 33 were of odd dimensions. This is very poor planning I would say. Ironically there was mad scramble to get that 33 odd sites too of all shapes & sizes. There were traingles/ trapeziums....but no circles

I have booked a site in a nearby development . BSNL EWHBCS Telecom Aeropark @698 psf. They are working on 1000 sites , almost 900 were booked by yesterday.

At last, Good news. Registration has started for GFG 2 sites.
The registration is in Malleswaram Sub Registrar. Not sure till what time interval we have to register the allotted sites.
The Telecom office is distributing the registration details and stamp duty fees to those who have visited their office.
As per Telecom office, even GFG 1 plots are also ready for registration.

Do anybody have clue about registrations in GFG phase 2.
I heard that approvals are in progress and registrations can be ready from MArch!!
Please let us know if anybody have got there site registered already.

The site from the society itself costing 575rs and 600 rs from whom!
