In Narayana nagar 2nd and 3rd blocks, running rate was 2300 -2600 Rs/sq feet. BDA employees layout is closer to main road alright- then it is closer to high tension wires also. And hardly any development to justify 3500 per sft
If you shell out a few more hundreds, you can get in BCMC layout or Narayanan nagar 1st block which is much closer to kanakapura road and well developed.

Heard that cauvery water supply has been started in areas near narayan nagar ..... Is this information true or just false news floating around ?

Even I have also heard from one of the site owner that cavery water is started for existing houses in BDA employee’s layout, Kanakapura road.
