I have looked into DC converted Layout ORIGIN Layout in Segehalli
can any one booked plots there, i have following queries regarding that
1. In internet if i search some high court notices are coming for the survey number, does any one got any issues with that?
2. Looks like they are quoting very high price for DC converted, is it real price?

Its good to see all the site owners of samrudhi layout here. Me and two of my friends are planning to buy a site in Samrudhi layout Phase II . I believe that all of you belong to Phase I . Please let me know. I need some help from you all.

We have done documents verification and seems everything good, but layout doesnt have approval, so does it have any problem in getting loans?

Do you all got loans personally yourself or went with samrudhi layout brokers ( ppl who did sale to us ). Please reply me so that we can proceed further.

I am Rajasekhar , owned site in Samrudhi Layout.
Many got loans from ING Vysya/ Tata Housing Finance.
May I know where exaclty second phase is and the price they are quoting now.
