What is the rate for this without katha? It should be much lesser than mkt price for with Katha.
People say they can get Katha after buying but I am not sure how much it is possible.

If you're someone who can go post to pillar in govt. departments then buying this kind of property may be okay for you. However, I suggest you use the services of an experienced advocate to thoroughly review the required documents, before going ahead. The services of an advocate may cost you about 4-5K, but that adds a lot of value to your decision.

With property market being so hot in BLR, people are down to any level of cheating these days. You should take an informed decision that's you're most comfortable with.

@Krish : I couldnt trace out through the link, but thanks for sharing that link.
@blorebuddy : they are quoting Rs.2200/sft, with A katha they claim Rs.2500/sft. They promise to organise loan in a pvt bank.
@ Prashet : All well wishers & ppl who hv experience of buying such properties sugest me to keep away from such prop. I was told
we may get loan possibly but bbmp plan approval for construction is not possible it seems with B katha ... Am not sure !
