I'm actively looking for a 30X50 or 60X40 site in this area from past one year. Thanks for the detailed information of your site, we found your property today. We really liked the plot & would love to buy as soon as possible. Only thing is "9000 per square feet" is bit high in this area.

When we checked brokers and other sellers, they were quoting around 8000 per square feet. Since your site is corner one & potential to commercial, we are interested. Can we negotiate the price? How about 9500 PSqFt - FINAL RATE. If yes we can sit for a discussion & finalize at the earliest.
