Recently my plumber suggested Vectus composite pipe. He says it is better than Zindal.

I also seen many complaints on Kitec composite pipe about pipe leaking.

If any of you have experience in composite pipe fittings please share it.

Hi Friends,

Some Updates on my House.

Plastering is completed in all the Floors (Interior) and 2 Sides on Exterior. 2 Road sides are pending now for elevation purpose.
Next activities planned

1) Informed the Plumber to start the activities in Bathroom & Kitchen Side. Ashirvad CPVC Pipes & fittings (SDR11) will be used across for plumbing. Supreme Brand for the Sewage purpose.
2) Wall Tiles Selection for all Bathroom & Kitchen (Somany/Nitco/Kajaria) - Found Nitco has good designs
3) Flooring options discussion with Architect in progress (Marbles/Vitrified/Wood Flooring/Granites)

Elevation design is selected from Web, Architect is modifying to my Structure. Almost it is similar when we started the Project.
Some portion might needs to be truncated or added especially South side. Hope it is will come good actually.
When we see in 3D design it looks awesome but reality might be different ;)

Hi,

I suggest you to check near to South Bangalore, Mine is in North Bangalore. Travelling will be big issue for the Mason/Builder from one end to other end.Not worth as well work will be delayed/discussion will be a problem.

Any members , who have built on South Bangalore can give you the reference. Even if you give to Builder please go and watch the work regularly. Don't relay on Builders and they will start using Low quality materials if you are not regularly monitoring.

dear sirs,
I am going to start G+1 construction on my 30*40 west face site in north Bangalore. Like any other middle class person, House construction is a great achievement for me too. If anything goes wrong, it will be a huge financial loss for me. I contacted one architect in my nearby vicinity for full design. He told it will be unnecessary expenditure and he gave me attached drawing for 1500/-. Further, he told me to hire a experienced contractor and contractor do all things. I am attaching my house plan here, please give your valuable suggestion. Thanks in advance.

with regards
krishna
