What next for allotees of KG Layout.

Dear All,
Latest news is BDA is going to publish the final list in next week Friday (21-Oct-2016). List without site number and block number.
Next month end we shall receive the allotment letter with site number and block number.

One more news is next month first week BDA is going to mark the site numbers with map in each sector.
Last point is regarding refund: BDA shall start the refunding in the last week of this month.

So In another two weeks of time or first week on next month both final list and refund should get over.

Thanks kshiremath. Do you know within how many days we will need to make full payment? Any chance of staggered payment?

Hi,
BDA will mention about the schedule of the payment in the allotment letter. It is usually 3 months (three months installment without interest) from the date of issuing an allotment letter. After 3 month, we need to give the request letter to BDA saying that I am unable to pay full payment I need some more time to pay the same. But mention like we will pay the penalty, extra and interest amount according to BDA norms. Then BDA will give an acknowledge for your letter. Then pay the remaining money with penalty plus interest charges.

Better pay the installment to avoid the risk with BDA.

Hi,
If you go to Kommaghatta you will get the full idea. In some of my previous mails I have given the details of blocks with village name. Please refer the same.

5th block is close to Mysore road,2 and 9th blocks are close to magadi road.

In and around Kommaghatta village you can find 3,4,6 and 7th blocks.

Recently they have started 6th block near to "Arhcakara Badavane).

Complete layout is spread in the following villages:

1] Beemanakuppe
2] Sulikere
3] Kommaghatta
4] Kannalli
5] Challaghatta
6] Ramasandra
7] Krishnasagara
8] Sheegehalli
8] Kodigehalli
9] Manganahalli
10] Kenchanapura

Thank you Hiremat and Aspirants of BDA site,
Where did you got the final list is on 21st.
Before this media in Television and news paper published various dates nothing is executed or resulted.
Lost month some disable association asked some subside price, judgement was will take the matter after 4 weeks.
Till judgement is not clear, how BDA will announce the final list.
So once we paid initial amount and accepted BDA terms and conditions , we have to wait till they declared.
God only knows what is happening with BDA office.

Let us hope for the best. BDA is keep on changing the dates. But one thing time has come. If not on 21st then they will publish the final list on 1st November (Thinking that Rajothsava Gift).

If they plan to announce final list on 1st Nov 2016....it will be exactly one year from the date of calling for applications last year 01st Nov 2015. Keeping fingers crossed. Good luck.
