We are happy to bring to everyone notice that Rs 5 crore is received By BWSSB as Advance payment for Floating Tender of Under Ground Drainage and Sewerage Treatment Plant(STP) all Anjanapura 1 to 11 blocks on MONDAY 29TH JUNE 2015,
We thank one and all and Especially Our HON'BLE M.P.SHRI D.K.SURESH ANNA And TEAM LBSNRWA For Continuous Follow up in getting The First Rs 8 crore of the previous water pipeline tender , and Rs 5 crore for UGD and STP tender,

Without receiving the first Rs 8 Crore ,The amount of 5 crore received would not have been Considered as Advance payment for floating of Tender for UGD and STP,

We have indeed reached another Milestone and Again We repeat if someone has any doubts for these above statement being false we shall take them to The Concerned Officers,

Dear All,

Team AFERWA did meet the BDA officials and BWSSB officials 30th June 2015 and 01st July 2015 and followed up regarding the Underground drainage (UGD) work. Following representatives from AFERWA did meet the officials and apprised them of the importance of expediting the process:
Mr. Padmaprabhakar - President AFERWA
Mr.Munivenkatappa - Ex-secretary AFERWA
Mr. Murugesh - Vice President AFERWA
Mr. Kumar and few members also were part of the delegation which met the BDA and BWSSB officials on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The meeting and follow-up did end up in the following fruitful decisions:
1. The BDA team did release the letter to 'THE MANAGER, CANARA BANK' requesting to release 5 crores towards 'Providing UGD facilities to Further Extension of ANjanapura Layout' meaning for the 9, 10 and 11 block residents..
2. The debit advice has been requested immediately.

Positives: This being the initial amount of the total (around 27 crores for the entire project), as a first step, there will be call for tenders.
The tender request process will begin post BBMP elections and we will have this development work starting very soon post the elections get over.

Thanks TEAM AFERWA for this stupendous achievement and the mighty effort you have put in getting this done. Thanks BDA and BWSSB officials for their co-operation and our hon. MP Mr. D. K. Suresh for his support all through our struggle for development.

Its the tireless effort of Mr Mueen and the LBSNRWA team, without which I dont think these developments would have been possible.
AFFERWA has played its role too. All the associations need to work in tandem when we approach the concerned authorities to get the work done faster.
MP Shri DK Suresh has personally chosen Mr Mueen to oversee all the development works in Anjanapura. We need to leverage his capabilities/reach.

To AFERWA & All Anjanapura Further Extension Residents & Site Owners,

When AFERWA (Anjanapura Further Extension Residents Welfare Association) team met with BWSSB on 30th Jun, BWSSB Chairman has expressed inability to call for UGD tender for Further Extension (for 9-11th Block Only) due to BBMP's poll of conduct is in place. Due to Supreme Court’s day before yesterday’s order, now the BBMP election has moved to future date and this has revoked Code of Conduct and now, it has no restriction to float a tender for Further Extension UGD Project.

AFERWA should work towards utilizing this opportunity and get the tender floated in a week or two. Till now AFERWA has done fantastic job and should not mind for any critics by Success claiming fathers.

I am sure, AFERWA can get the tender floating job done at during this month. Let’s work together to get another Important development feather to Anjanapura Further Extension.

Because of AFERWA's efforts (along with MP Sri. D.K. Suresh kind help), Rs. 37Lakh was given to supply Cuavery water to 9-11Blocks in Tankers till Permanent arrangement is made. Now, AFERWA has also agreed to share this Tanker Water with other block (1-8th) on humanitarian grounds. Legally no amount has not got sanctioned to supply of water to 1-8th block. Since 1-8th blocks are also neighbors of Further Extension & this has not been objected. If anybody objects this (assume not AFERWA), Tanker Water supply may stop to 1-8th blocks. Since budget is allocated only for 9-11th blocks and it should be used for the purpose as per law. When this Budget was allocated only AFERW was exist and no other Associations were not even born to claim this. This is universal truth, based on facts somebody cannot deny this.


AFERWA's immediate Goal is to get UGD tender floated. The other major goals in pipeline are connecting 80Ft road to BG road & asphalting of 9-11th blocks all roads (After UGD Project Execution).

We all should work together to get more, if we really have only develpoment has an agenda. Nobody has plan for any personal goals in AFERWA, everyone in AFERWAe is either retired or working comon peoples

Due to the Hard Work and Daily follow of Few Core Members of newly Formed LBSNRWA members who went around BDA offices tirelessly for more than 28 days and heading a PROTEST in BWSSB IS WHEN ACTUALLY the BWSSB agreed to Give water on Temporary basis through Tanker , and also agreed to Float GLR and Pipeline Tender,the whole credit goes to Our HON'BLE M.P.SHRI .D.K.SURESH Anna ,

No denial that LBSNRWA was not born ,But who headed and Followed up spending time and Money Matters for almost 28 day and Night struggle ,what never happened in 13 Years happened in 28 days with help and Guidance of HON'BLE M.P.SHRI D.K.SURESH Anna ?????????????????????????,Foremost a Person from LBSNRWA knew MP through his known sources personally and had headed all Residents to MP home ,,, Is this a Denial on UNIVERSAL TRUTH?

Through Directions of Our HON'BLE MP SHRI D.K.SURESH Anna ,OUR LBSNRWA Is the AUTHORIZED ASSOCIATION to monitor the loads of supply of water through Tankers from BDA ,No other association has been Authorized to disagree or agree,,,

BWSSB Has been providing water through tankers to 9,10 AND 11 BLOCK, ,But since BDA has already provided pipeline and Drainage facilities to 1 to 8 blocks already and
There is No water through Pipeline by BWSSB due to various reasons ,We have been asked By BDA officials to give 1 load per day ,We fought again for 2 loads per day and Water is being given through tanker , This is universal truth, based on facts somebody cannot deny this.

A sum of Rs 80,000 Only has been put up for Finance Member and BDA Commissioner Approval,

LBSNRWA is Hardly more than a Year Old and It consist of Young and Old Members who are are closely knitted as family Members ,

LBSNRWA CORE MEMBERS HAVE WORKED TIRELESSLY FROM GETTING STP LAND TO UGD TENDER DPR TO APPROVAL TO PAYMENT OF PIPELINE ,AND PAYMENT OF ADVANCE FOR UGD,,, IS THERE ANY DENIAL ,IF SO ,,, THEN WE SHALL TAKE THEM TO BWSSB CHAIRMAN OFFICE OR BDA COMMISSIONER OFFICE,

LBSNRWA is strong headed Team and shall not be demotivated anytime,,, we focus on Working together for the Betterment of Layout 1 to 11 blocks,

LBSNRWA is A Voluntary Association with No Membership Fees involved ,we do not Run around old or Newly constructed houses and Force any one to pay Membership fees to join us ,,,,Our Core Members are voluntary contributing the expenses and we welcome voluntary donations only , Hence Personal Gains or Official Gains doesnt arise,

Also to recall we had Our VICE PRESIDENT shri Nagendra who had Visited USA a couple of Months back ,, Thanks to him That he Never posted any of our Members resignation sitting in USA,,,,

Our Goal is set for next coming Few Years and we have just not stopped thinking on Roads,water and parks ,, But better Infrastructure of All blocks of ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT 1 TO 11 BLOCKS collectively.
