Hi Guys,
I have been visiting this Layout for last 3 years. Layout was not in progress and was thinking to buy it once dovelopment is completed. I visited this layout yesterday after 6 months. There is a lot of deference. Seems to be they have to complete the 100% development by next month end. Water tank work nearly 80% completed,
STP tank work to be completed by next month end.
Price appreciations
2000 to 2300 to 2500 to 2800 to 3000 to 3300 to 3500 to
3500.
One of my friends booked the site at Rs1500 per sft and registered after 3 years at the same price, when the price was at Rs2700 sft.
Now they are quoting Rs 3800 sft. I tried to all the BDA Approved layouts in Bangalore. My feel is this is the best layout at best price ever. No other BDA Approved layout is so cheap. I missed this to book at defferent price levels. I don't want to miss any more. Booking one tomorrow as this is the best place live and appreciation of the property also the best. Even surrounding Krishna Reddy Layout is already filled with 10 houses.

Did you verify all the relevant documents? Can you please share some information about the clear titles and bank loans availability.

Is it clear from lakebed issues, we hear these days?

how about lake bedo you see any chance of house construction in near future(2-3years) from now.
