Information regarding BDA call for land allotment

Dear members,

Looking forward your help in this regard, I am very new to this forum, just joined today.

I have registered in BDA for site allotment on March 2005 for 12 by 18 mts and my BDA Reg# is 118011, how do i know where i am in their queue, so far i havent hear any call for me, Kindly clarify below

1) Whether i can expect any call from BDA authority ?
2) How i can get to know the details of my position in the allotment queue for my Reg# 118011.
3) When will be the Next call from BDA.

From your message, Its not clear to us,

1) how many times you have applied for the BDA sites so far OR have you applied for the BDA Site for the first Time ?

2) If you are a senior by no. of attempts, have you received any allotment letter so far ?

3) if not, For all the unsuccessful applicants already downpayment was returned in the year 2006 itself (except for the shortlisted 9000+ applicants.).

to my knowledge, your no is not in the first allotment list. Allotment list #1 is attached here. For the exact status you need to chk the second list as well as the refund list.

First time i registered on 2005. I haven't reapplied again.

I have not attempted once after my registration and not recieved any allotment letters so far.

whats the next step on this regard, should i just get the return amount and reapply, or what is next.
the arkavathry layout link is not working from BDAbangalore site. to see the second list and refund list.

Kindly feedback on how do i proceed.

Since you have attempted only one time, they've returned your downpayment. For XYZ reasons, the courier/speed post has not landed to your address.

BDA may call for their next proposed layouts in the coming months/years. No time frame for that. Hence go to BDA office alongwith your applications and other necessary details and collect your downpayment at the earliest. Already your money is sitting idle with BDA from last 4 years and you do not get any interest also from them.
