I am looking for a plot for investment. There are many areas like Sir MV Layout, Bangalore North, Devhanalli, Kanakapura road, Ittmadu, Anjanapura, Kathhriguppe, Uttralli etc. Which is the best place to buy site? I am looking for 20 X 30 or 30 X 40. Please help me in this regard. My budget is 20 - 40 L

All places in Bengaluru are good for investment (the prices keep going up year by year). But what is best for you depends on your budget and preference of locality (and perhaps proximity to your /or your relatives homes so they can easily monitor it).
