BDA Approved Layout Near K R Puram

I am an owner of one of the BDA sites in this layout. The layout is very good and the current price I heard was somewhere around 2000 for BDA and 1600 for Panchayat. Actually they started with BDA sites and then they acquired the adjoining panchayat land under the same compound. The layout has good potential. Some odd sites and resale sites are available. I am looking to purchase plot in seegehalli area, i have looked into Ani Eco Zone

can any one clarify below points
1. What is DC Converted sites? will it be good to take them? Ani Eco Zone is having both BDA and DC converted sites, which is best to proceed?
2. Can any one help me with price.
3. Does they provide same amenities of BDA to non-BDA sites? will there be any problem if we take DC converted sites?

DC converted site means, the land is converted to Non Agricultural purposes. It should not be really a big problem to buy it if you verify the tittles. These days BBMP is giving A khata for BBMP sites so that you can go for loans. It might be that the sites already got BBMP A khata.
Other questions i dont have answers.

1. DC converted means the land is converted to Non Agricultural purposes
2. Iam not sure about the price. Price is different for BDA sites and DC sites. Check with the developer. no is9916932341
3. Amenities are same for BDA sites and DC sites.

can any one booked plots there, i have following queries regarding that
1. In internet if i search some high court notices are coming for the survey number, does any one got any issues with that?
2. Looks like they are quoting very high price for DC converted, is it real price?

A) I believe there are BDA sites in the 40% non released category. Last time I checked with the developer they told that the sites will be released soon.
2. is it good to take DC converted if BDA sites are not available!
A) That is left to one's discretion (risk vs price)

A) I have bought DC converted last year. No issues so far.
