Hi,
I am planning for construction on a 40X60 site. Can anyone of you please approximately get me who much it would come for getting a AEH connection for a duplex house on this site. Also the BWSSB charges pleases. Are these the only charges as part of utilities or if there are any other things which I might be missing.

Assuming you are building a 3000 sft house, KPTCL + BWSSB connection fee, deposits ,liason etc may come to about 1.5 L
Other govt. charges will be Road cutting payable to BBMP if any.
