Site Wanted 30/40, Near Ambedkar College, Nagarbavi,

I am looking for a site measuring 30/40, near Ambedkar College/ Nagarbavi/Bangalore University Cirle, either BDA/BDA approved/Society sites, facing North or East, with clear titles (Loan document). Brokers please excuse only direct owners. If it is in following areas like ITI layout, NGEF Layout, Press Layout, Ullal Main Road is well accepted.

Please contact me, immediate settlement if titles are clear.

bda has announced auction of sites in 16th block close to ambedkar college on 9th of this month. minimum bid rate is 45000/sqmtr ( approx 4200/sft ). for info
