Looking for 1200 to 2400 sft site in OMBR/HRBR

Hi,

I am looking to buy a site/house from 1200 to 2400 sft. The potential areas are Sadanandnagar, Kasturinagar, OMBR, HRBR etc. I prefer to deal with owners, but brokers are also welcome.

The site should not be south facing and if it is of small dimensions (30x40), then there should not be tall houses on sides.
