HMT Employees House Building Coop Society, Nagarbhavi

Recently I visited HMT layout in Gidadakonenahalli 2 kms from Mallathahalli cross. It is DC converted and BDA NOC..

Any idea how is the plots in HMT Employees House Building Co-op society survey no. 27 in Gidadakonenahalli.. is the title clear and ok to purchase ?? call 9164753975

This layout is done by Vijayanagar MLA krishnappa. HMT Layout and its adjacent Byregowda Lyt are having BDA NOC. 2-3 house constructions are in progress in HMT Layout. Running Rate is around 1800/-

Thanks MSN. That was very useful and very nice of you having shared info. Is it ok buying there... location and future development etc. Also any particular bank which gives loan on that layout please.

Yes, HMT Layout and its adjacent Byregowda Lyt are DC converted and have BDA NOC. There are couple of houses in Byregowda layout which was formed in 2003. As a owner of one of the plots, nice to know that the sites in these layouts are commanding Rs 1800 psqft.

Are banks giving loan in your Byregowda Layout sir, any particular bank ?

I feel HMT Layout being near Nagarbhavi is going very very cheap now.. only because it is BDA NOC

We are planning to buy one of the Plots in the same layout. Can you please let us know if this is BDA approved? Does this layout have any issues?
