Anybody in this forum is having information on Vishwasree Viswa Dhama. it is located in Sadaramangala, Whirefield, Near ITPL. As per the advertisement, it is BDA approved. They have around 58 sites.

any info on this would be appreciated

I am planning to buy BBMP A katha site in site Samruddhi layout Seegehalli KR puram Lake Montfort school road.
Layout owner has taken A katha for the entire layout which is 4 acres.
Please let me know where can I enqure about the authenticity of A katha of this layout , KR puram Sub-registrar office or BBMP ?

When I enquired about the samrudhi, it is not a layout actually, and if it is for a investment its good. Else if u are planning for constuction of house in 2-3 months time, its not a good option i think.

Dear all,
I was following the thread. I got to know about Ani layout in the thread. I saw the layout and it looks to be good. When I enquired with the marketing person, I came to know that there are 2 kinds of sites.
1. BDA Approved (around 1800/- per sqft). All are sold out.
2. DC sites (around 1500/- per sqft). Not sure whether they are available.

Iam want to explore option 2. Any legal issues with this layout. Is the price justified for this area? Personally I feel the price is high.
Also any idea if this layout becomes livable in the next 2 years.
