Can anyone tell me how much worth is site no 121,west facing,Anjanapura 9th block, back side of petrol bunk ,adajacent to village. broker quoting rs 2500.Pleae also let me know about water availability in that area

haha. Rs 2500 is way over priced. Start negotiating from Rs 1500 please, and that too with the owner. If the broker refuses to let you negotiate with the owner, post his name here so that we know who these shady brokers are.

These days the brokers are behaving like Burma bazaar merchants, or should I say scamsters ? They will quote something ridiculous to begin with, so that you think you got a good deal in the end.

Plotguy is right. Some brokers dont have ethics and principles.

As a broker myself, we have stock of one 40 x 60 and another 30 x 40. It is posted elsewhere in this forum. Price is only 1800 per sq. ft. for both - negotiable directly with the owner. We have no issues with that but only after we "assess" the seriousness of the "so called buyer". Because many "brokers" come in the "guise" of 'buyers" to gather info about the owner and his contact number.

Both above are in 11th Block Anjanapura. Both are South Facing. Both are negotiable with owner direct.

Also, most brokers add another 100 or 200 or 300 psft to the original owner quoted price as their own profit or margin and indulge in malpractices of this kind -thereby the seller can not get a genuine buyer and the buyer never gets to know the genuine seller's genuine price.

We dont indulge in any such practices. All our deals are very transparent, straightforward, honest, face to face between buyer and seller with us only as the intermediary, with total professional approach.

3800/- is way too high. Last I checked in Feb., 2012, the asking price at 5th G block was 1850/-
