site needed 30x40, aecs, harlur road, jail road

Hi All,

I want to buy a 30X40 site in BDA or BDA Approved layout.
My preferred areas are:
AECS Layout, Kudlu, Bomannahalli,
Harlur Load,
Jail Road (Hosa road)

My budget is (max) 2500/- psft.
Also, I may not be able to pay anything in Black because it skews my budget. I want to take 75% loan on the entire amount of the deal.

Both owners and brokers are welcome.
