I am planning to buy a BBMP A Khatha site in private layout formed year 1993 and its attached BEML 5th Stage R R Nagar.
Can anyone help me with the current price per sqft in this area.
Also are there any litigations or pending court cases in this area ? please share..

prices range from 6.5 k to 10 k depending on road, area, terrain..
there are few sections which are waging a legal battle.. talk to neighbors or trusted folks before approaching the brokers..
