They say its a BDA approved site.

Me and my friends have taken 5 sites there (4 -30X40 + 1 20*30). We booked it in March time frame.
It is a good project with BDA approval. we have verified the legal documents with more than 2 lawyers and found no litigation.
We have completed our registration last month.
