judicial layout in kanakpura road

i had finalized on a 60x40 plot in this layout. seller had furnished all documents he had. on scrutiny my advocate wanted further documents including a NOC from the society for selling the plot. it is then i came to know that the allottee for this plot was not really eligible for allotment by the society and now many members were demanding cancellation of the allotment. hence the society was not issuing him the NOC.with lot of info on such allotments in various layouts the members seem to have become agressive and demanding cancellations in many cases. have any of you experienced the same problem in this particular layout. any info would be appreciated as i am keen on buying a plot in this or any other layout on kanakpura road. chandramouli

Not much aware about the socienty and it's bylaws, but I think banks does not give without NOC from the society. Could be a troubling issue if you buy without NOC from society.
