Inputs on royal hermitage layout

Is it worth to buy a site in royal hermitage. What are the pros and cons. Are there any legal issues. Any suggestions on recently purchased price. I am looking at options to buy a plot in royal hermitage.

Long time back BBMP/BDA has given notification for widening the Banneraghatta road. So the Royal Hermitage front parks are going to be impacted because of this. Not sure if the builder has relinquished the land, w/o this, owners may not get any money towards the loss of the land.

Any progress on Banneraghata road widening.Last year oct(2013) there was meeting held with property owners by BBMP.It is almost 10 months back.
