kanakashree layout,Hennur Bagalur Rd A Khatha Site Wanted

Hi All,

I am planning to buy 30/40 or 30/50 Plot in kanakashree layout,Hennur Bagalur Rd. However, am avoiding Broker for their exorbitant pricing. Need input from Owners or people who are aware of the actual price in the layout in the current date. Sep-Oct 2020. any input will be helpful. If anyone selling too, I will be interested.
