these are revenue sites or B khata sites.. they hve not seen much appreciation in last 5yrs and 75+ homes are mostly military folks who dont want city life, traffic, noise etc..

Friends, Asha township is not a DC converted property....is it OK to buy plots there.....if risks are associated, what are those risks that may arise in future?

Any recent updates on Asha Township? I am planning to buy the plot in this township especially in Phase-1. Whether it is DC converted or not? I found from other channels that only portions of the township is converted from agriculture land to layout. Information on this is highly appreciated.
