Rates in RK Enterprises California County

One of our friends purchased a property here and is looking to sell. Before he places the ad, he would like to know the current rates in this layout (as he has no idea).

I have a plot here as well, but am unable to help him with rates as I don't know what the rates are (and by the way I am not looking to sell it either).

if anyone has seen some resales or understands the market, if you can give realistic prices for this layout would help out.

Thank you. I got the same response from Prasad also from RK Enterprises. He is our contact in your organization and has been advising us. But our friend is looking to sell it as soon as possible, and hence the post here.

whats the site size and selling price ?

site size is 50x80' east facing. price is not clear - and hence the request for info on that. I hear the developer is now selling for rs. 450/sq. ft. Anything close that woudl probably be acceptable.
