Seeking feedback on BSNL EWHBCS

Hi All

BSNL Employee Welfare HBCS webiste: http://bsnlhousingsociety.com/index.php is distributing sites in Mysore and Bangalore. Does any member have any good/bad experience in dealing with them?

I have booked one site in Telecom Aeropark. So far, the experience has been very good. (professional).

I have also applied here and so far things have been good in dealing with them. I went there in early Feb 2013, and they seem to have put up a compound wall all around. So maybe we can consider that as some progress. But I am sure these things will take several more years to complete in my opinion.

Is this the same society with Raju as their top man and devekoping sites in Hoskote? I will appreciate any feedback on this developer and their past track record.

Yes, Raju is the President of the society.

They mentioned it will take 2-3 years for completion (2012 Nov). But I would x2 and say 2017 we can probably register.
