I bought a site at this Byregowda Layout sometime back and want to sell now. All my searches shows no much information on price or other details. Its a revenue converted but without Katha.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can expect an avg Rs. 4,000/sq.ft on wards on the location @ Byregowda layout(Recently its renamed as Balaji nagar).
Also on the other thread, you mentioned the sites having A-Khata and here you are saying DC Converted and No Khata.
Be clear about the titles.

Basically This layout is not an Approved layout and only few people taken A Khata before the year 2009. Now BBMP is issuing legal
A khata for this layout.
